Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items back into their original biodegradable packaging, ensuring all organic cotton tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
